With the longer days and warmer weather, many of us are enjoying time outdoors, going on holiday, or spending evenings in the garden. Unfortunately, burglars can take advantage of empty homes and unlocked properties.

✅ Lock all doors and windows, even if you're only popping out for a short time.
✅ Keep valuables out of sight.
✅ Use timer switches for lights if you're away.
✅ Ask a trusted neighbour to keep an eye on your property and collect post while you're on holiday.
✅ Ensure gates, sheds and garages are secured.

A few simple precautions can make a big difference in protecting your home and belongings.
